Paul and Bill met when Bill and his wife Wynne hired Paul to build their home near Lyons in 1995. After working together, they struck up a friendship and became interested in forming a business partnership. They both remained quite busy with their separate professional interests, but in 2007 finally decided to get their company up and running, and C3 was created.
